REQUIREMENTS:
Must have minimum 8 ft. plow on your personal truck
Must be available 24/7
Must have minimum $500k general liability insurance
Must have proof of workers compensation for employees
W-9 shall be provided to the Town of Agawam
Each driver must submit Legal name, Date of birth and Valid Driver’s license
A full application with specifications will be available at Bid Postings • Snow Plow Services or the Department of Public Works, 1000 Suffield Street, Agawam, MA 01001.
