per the Comcast Agreement with Agawam in 2011, guidelines are suppose to be made for the Production Studio. Guidelines that allow First come, non discriminate use. For people to know What process they NEED to follow to use the Production studio and schedule a time to film their show.

follow the 2009 Agawam Pavement Plan by the Pioneer Valley Commission. we need to use plans that make sense instead of ignoring them.

When public events are approved they should be added to calendar. Either Dept head or there designated employee should be able to add events after they are approved to the calendar and maybe a banner...
