The Town of Agawam Assessor’s Office will be conducting Cyclical Re-Inspections of all Real Property located in Agawam. In order for Agawam to comply with the Department of Revenue’s guidelines regarding property inspections, and maintaining accurate parcel data for fair and equitable assessments, we will be conducting these inspections on an ongoing basis.
We will be mailing out letters of notification to each property owner as they become scheduled for inspection during this process.
