At the November 20th public meeeting, the team unveiled udated renderings, detail elevations and a video walkthrough of the building. The details for finishes, materials etc. are still in the process of being determined and will continue to evolve oer the next couple of months. The Design Development drawings and specifications will be submitted to the MSBA on Decemer 20 after the next cost reconciliation. After that, construction drawings, MSBA approvals and final pricing will take place, followed by construction starting Spring 2026. The community wing will be open in 2027 and the academic wing in Fall 2028.
