Springfield Street - Gas Main Upgrade
The Agawam DPW advises motorist to avoid Springfield Street for the next two weeks as Eversource and their contractor, Feeney Brothers Utility Service, upgrade the gas main along that corridor. Springfield Street will be closed from the intersection of Walnut Street to Maple Street for the next two weeks. Springfield Street will remain open to the residents who live on that section of the road as well as employees and customers of Sarat Ford. The DPW asks motorist to avoid this section of Springfield Street and to seek an alternate route until June 20th.
