[ARCHIVED] Beginning July 1, 2017 - Curbside Trash Reduction Program

 Beginning July 1, 2017, TRASH must be placed in new 65 gallon cart.
Lid must be closed for pick-up.  Trash cannot be piled up over top edge of cart or on top of cart.
Trash will continue to be picked up once a week.
Barrels will be delivered during the month of June, details to follow.
  Green overflow bags will be available for excess trash that exceeds the 65 gallon trash cart capacity.
Overflow bags are for household trash only.
(No recyclable materials, hazardous waste, yard waste, bulky waste, electronics, or construction debris permitted)
Overflow bags should be securely tied and placed beside or on top of closed trash cart.
Overflow bags will be available for sale at local retail stores; location to be announced.
  95 Gallon RECYCLING carts will be available.
“All in one” single stream Recycling!  Paper, Cardboard, Bottles and Cans may all be combined in 95 gallon cart.
Recycling will continue to be collected every other week
Seniors are eligible to down size their recycling cart to a 65 gallon cart.  Request forms are available at the DPW.  Deadline to request an exchange is April 12th
