On November 1, 2018, the RFP will be made available to interested parties who submit a request to the Chief Procurement Officer. Each request must: state to whom and at what address the documents requested are to be delivered. The RFP will be mailed, emailed or made available for pick-up upon the receipt of any request. A copy of the RFP will also be available for inspection at:
