The Town of Agawam, acting through its Chief Procurement Officer is seeking proposals pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30B, §16 for the lease of a portion of municipally owned land, located on Tuckahoe Turf Farm on South West Street for development of a 5 mW solar energy project.
Proposals will be received until 11:00 AM on November 30, 2018. The clock in the Procurement Office Conference Room shall be the sole determining factor of time. All responses to these proposals must be in writing and in the form set forth in this RFP and delivered in sealed envelopes to:

On November 1, 2018, the RFP will be made available to interested parties who submit a request to the Chief Procurement Officer. Each request must: state to whom and at what address the documents requested are to be delivered. The RFP will be mailed, emailed or made available for pick-up upon the receipt of any request.
