At the Agawam Senior Center, we offer a state of the art, commercial fitness equipment including:

3 Recumbent Bike

1 Seated Upper Body Machine

Weight bench and weights


Our fitness room has been upgraded  to bring you the highest quality equipment for ease and comfort of use. We are currently working on aesthetic upgrades including an additional television, and sound system that can run directly from the TV to your cell phones so you can workout and listen to your choice of entertainment (or nothing)! 

Please remember to bring a seperate pair of shoes with you to the fitness programs to help prevent wear and tear on our equipment and floors. Thank you!
