Blood pressure 2nd & 4th Thursday of each month 1:00 - 2:00
Congregate Meals Monday-Friday Call one day ahead to make a reservation. Meals on Wheels available for home bound seniors.
 
PVTA Van Transportation M-F. Use to transport to senior center, doctor appointments etc. Date of ride and time must be made a
week in advance @ 739-7436
Foot Care Nurses, 3rd Thursday of the month by appointment only, call 821-0605
